Till
Sell from a clear screen. A barcode scanner that types like a keyboard works in the search field. Take cash, card, contactless or a gift card, and open or close the day with the cash counted in the drawer.
Zylo Retail Studio
Zylo Retail Studio is a Windows program for the shop floor. Staff open it from the desktop, sell, keep stock, look after customers, and print receipts and invoices in the language of the shop.
Built for the counter
The first opening is an empty shop. The owner enters the shop name, their own name and a PIN. Products, staff and the till come after that. Screens, receipts and invoices follow the language chosen in the program: English, Dutch or Finnish.
Sell from a clear screen. A barcode scanner that types like a keyboard works in the search field. Take cash, card, contactless or a gift card, and open or close the day with the cash counted in the drawer.
Every receipt is shown before it is printed. Save it as a PDF in any folder on the computer. Add your own lines, and place the shop logo on the paper. The Zylo mark stays inside the program.
An invoice uses the same care. Company details, chamber of commerce and VAT number sit on the document, with room for extra text and the shop logo. The preview stays on screen until you print.
Keep names, barcodes, cost, selling price and VAT of 21, 9 or 0 percent together. Categories keep the catalogue readable for the person at the till.
See what is in the shop, what it is worth, and what should be ordered again. The owner can remove one item or clear the list. Older receipts keep the product names.
Suppliers are added on the purchasing screen, next to the orders. A new order asks for a supplier you can create right there. Incoming goods are booked into stock.
Names, contact details and loyalty points stay in one list. Removing a customer takes them off that list. Earlier receipts remain, without that name.
Deliveries, repairs and appointments have their own heading in the menu, separate from sales, so the week is easy to find.
The owner changes a name, role or PIN, and can remove a staff member. Past receipts keep the name. The shop always keeps one owner who can sign in.
Buttons and text are sized for a busy counter. Adding a supplier, a customer or a line on a receipt happens on the screen where you already are.
Write a quote for a customer and remove it when the conversation is over. The list stays as tidy as the rest of the shop.
Look at sales for today, this week, this month or this year, by day, category and staff member. Export the figures when you need them in a spreadsheet.
