Privacy policy
ZyloStudio offers custom business software, custom websites, DayZ development through ZyloMods, and VPS and dedicated server hosting. This policy explains which personal data this website uses and why.
1. Who is responsible
ZyloStudio is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at ZyloWare@hotmail.com.
2. Which data we use
- The name, email address, subject and message you send us.
- The email address you enter when ordering a VPS, so we can send the server details after payment.
- Project or server details you choose to include in that message.
- Your language choice, stored in your browser. This is not a tracking cookie.
- Your cookie choice, stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every page.
- If you allow typefaces: your IP address is processed by Google so the font files can be delivered.
- If you contact us on Discord: Discord processes that conversation under its own policy.
- Technical data our website host may keep, such as IP address, browser type and the page you requested, to keep the site available and secure.
This website does not ask you to create an account. We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare an offer: steps toward a contract.
- To deliver software, a website or a server we have agreed with you: performance of a contract.
- To keep correspondence that we need for administration and legal duties.
- To remember your language: this is necessary for the site you are using.
- To load Google Fonts: only with your consent. You can withdraw that consent in Cookie settings.
4. How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request. If we work together, we keep project correspondence and invoices for as long as the agreement and legal retention duties require. Your language and cookie choice stay in your browser until you clear them or change them.
5. Who receives data
- Your own email program. The contact form opens an email to ZyloWare@hotmail.com. This website does not store that form in its own database.
- Our email provider, for messages we receive.
- The company that hosts this website, for delivery and security.
- Google, only if you allow typefaces.
- Discord, only if you contact us there.
- ZyloMods, when a DayZ request is handled through that service.
- Ko-fi, when you pay for a VPS through the payment link.
- FormSubmit, which forwards the email address from a VPS order to ZyloWare@hotmail.com.
6. Outside the European Economic Area
Email and font providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they use safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can object to use based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent for Google Fonts at any time through Cookie settings. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
8. Children
This website is not aimed at children.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page.
ZyloStudio biedt maatwerk bedrijfssoftware, maatwerkwebsites, DayZ-development via ZyloMods, en verhuur van VPS- en dedicated servers. Deze verklaring legt uit welke persoonsgegevens deze website gebruikt en waarom.
1. Wie is verantwoordelijk
ZyloStudio is verantwoordelijk voor de persoonsgegevens die hier staan. Je bereikt ons via ZyloWare@hotmail.com.
2. Welke gegevens we gebruiken
- De naam, het e-mailadres, het onderwerp en het bericht die je ons stuurt.
- Het e-mailadres dat je invult bij een VPS-bestelling, zodat we na betaling de servergegevens kunnen sturen.
- Project- of servergegevens die je zelf in dat bericht zet.
- Je taalkeuze, opgeslagen in je browser. Dit is geen volgcookie.
- Je cookiekeuze, opgeslagen in je browser zodat we niet op elke pagina opnieuw vragen.
- Als je lettertypen toestaat: je IP-adres wordt door Google verwerkt om de lettertypen te leveren.
- Als je ons via Discord benadert: Discord verwerkt dat gesprek volgens zijn eigen beleid.
- Technische gegevens die de host van deze website kan bijhouden, zoals IP-adres, browsertype en de opgevraagde pagina, om de site bereikbaar en veilig te houden.
Op deze website maak je geen account aan. We verkopen geen persoonsgegevens. We gebruiken geen advertentie- of analysecookies.
3. Waarom we ze gebruiken
- Om je verzoek te beantwoorden en een voorstel voor te bereiden: stappen vóór een overeenkomst.
- Om afgesproken software, een website of een server te leveren: uitvoering van een overeenkomst.
- Om correspondentie te bewaren die nodig is voor administratie en wettelijke plichten.
- Om je taal te onthouden: dit is noodzakelijk voor de site die je gebruikt.
- Om Google Fonts te laden: alleen met jouw toestemming. Die toestemming trek je in via Cookie-instellingen.
4. Hoe lang we ze bewaren
Berichten bewaren we zolang dat nodig is om je verzoek af te handelen. Als we samenwerken, bewaren we projectcorrespondentie en facturen zolang de overeenkomst en wettelijke bewaarplichten dat vragen. Je taal- en cookiekeuze blijven in je browser tot je ze wist of wijzigt.
5. Wie gegevens ontvangt
- Jouw eigen e-mailprogramma. Het contactformulier opent een e-mail naar ZyloWare@hotmail.com. Deze website slaat dat formulier niet in een eigen database op.
- Onze e-mailprovider, voor berichten die wij ontvangen.
- Het bedrijf dat deze website host, voor bereikbaarheid en beveiliging.
- Google, alleen als je lettertypen toestaat.
- Discord, alleen als je ons daar benadert.
- ZyloMods, als een DayZ-verzoek via die dienst loopt.
- Ko-fi, als je een VPS betaalt via de betaallink.
- FormSubmit, dat het e-mailadres van een VPS-bestelling doorstuurt naar ZyloWare@hotmail.com.
6. Buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte
E-mail- en lettertypeproviders kunnen gegevens buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte verwerken. Waar dat gebeurt, gebruiken zij waarborgen zoals de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.
7. Jouw rechten
Je kunt ons vragen om inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking of een kopie van je gegevens, en je kunt bezwaar maken tegen gebruik op basis van gerechtvaardigd belang. Toestemming voor Google Fonts trek je op elk moment in via Cookie-instellingen. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
8. Kinderen
Deze website is niet gericht op kinderen.
9. Wijzigingen
Als deze verklaring verandert, publiceren we de nieuwe versie op deze pagina.
